DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, April 28\, 2018 10am to 4pm \nMontpelier Arts Center\n9652 Muirkirk Road\nLaurel\, MD 20708 \nCelebrate Spring at this fun festival for the entire family! Visit the resident artists’ studios\, watch art demonstrations\, paint the Montpelier bird\, and create Spring-themed crafts. Stroll the Arts Center’s galleries and view the exhibition\, as well as art by Linda Bernard\, Roslyn Logsdon\, Bonnie Crawford Kotula\, and Mike McConnell. \nAt 1 pm\, join us in the Main Gallery for a classical recital featuring percussionist Jeff Stern and at 3 pm\, join us in the Library Gallery for an artist talk with Bonnie Crawford Kotula. \nDon’t forget to visit the Montpelier Mansion/Historic site adjacent to the Arts Center. Stroll the beautiful grounds where you can purchase art\, crafts\, food\, herbs\, plants\, and more. Self-guided tours are available year-round\, Thursday to Tuesday\, 11 am to 3 pm. \nAges: All ages are welcome\nCost: Free
