Annual Meeting Scheduled
Mark your calendar for the Annual Meeting which is set for Jun 14th at 7pm at Our Savior Lutheran Church. The community is looking forward to a report from the Security Task Force on establishing a Neighborhood Watch program.
Spring Walkthrough
Spruce up your property now to be ready for the annual architectural review. The management company will conduct the Spring Walkthrough in May. Letters will be sent if your lot is identified as needing maintenance or repair. Remember, well-maintained properties help maintain our neighborhood property values.

What Happened To Snowden Pond on Facebook?
The Snowden Pond facebook page was removed due to one or more complaints from community members. Details about the actual complaint are not available from Facebook due to privacy issues.
Residents should be aware that all official communications come in the mail from Comanco. This website is provided by a community volunteer who updates it as time permits. It is intended to inform, to share, and to encourage wholesome relationships within the community. The cost to the HOA of this website is limited to the cost of hosting only, currently $125 per year. All other costs are donated by the volunteer who maintains it.
The property manager, Comanco, is responsible for delivering all official communications as required according to the covenants attached to every members' deed. Copies of the covenants can be found on this website as a courtesy to residents at this link: Member Services
