Snowden Pond First Phase Site Plan
The first phase was completed by Trafalgar House and Beazer. During the first phase, from 1995 through 2000, 93 homes were built.
Snowden Pond Second Phase Site Plan
The second phase was constructed by Richmond American. From 2004 to 2006, 44 homes were built.
